Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting ANN Hope and Care Foundation. Your generous donations help us provide critical aid to those in need.

As a nonprofit organization, all donations are generally considered non-refundable. Donations are used immediately to support our programs and charitable activities.

Exceptions

In rare cases where a donation was made by mistake or charged incorrectly, we may consider a refund. Please contact us atsupport@annhope.orgwith your donation details within 7 days of the transaction.

Process

1. Send us your transaction details and reason for refund.
2. Our team will verify the information.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds are granted at the discretion of the organization.
